We recommend joining the meeting 15 minutes ahead of time to allow for setup and any technical issues that might occur.
You will need: a web camera, earphones / speakers and a microphone in order to participate in the various meetings.
JOINING A MEETING VIA SMARTPHONE
Download the 'ZOOM Cloud Meetings' app from the Appstore or Google Play
Click on the meeting link, a window will pop-up. Click 'Open'.
Once the app is running, you will be asked to identify, type-in your name and click 'Continue'.
JOINING A MEETING VIA COMPUTER
Click on the meeting link to open the following window:
If this is your first time using ZOOM,
select 'download & run ZOOM' to download the plug-in.
When finished you will be able to launch ZOOM
Once the system has launched, you will need to type in your name.
