AGENDA
Since 2013, education systems around the world have been engaging with micro-credentials for educators. Specifically, these competency-based tools provide recognition for the skills and competencies educators gain throughout their careers. Digital Promise has developed an ecosystem of micro-credentials in use across the United States in partnership with issuers and recognizers. CET has developed a professional development program in use by educators across Israel that culminates in micro-credentials which the educators earn.
Digital Promise and CET will host a virtual conference on the topic of micro-credentials to highlight stories of success and spread best practices to other partners and countries. The conference will occur on March 13, 2019 using the Zoom interface.
